In the studio

At ground level with natural daylight, in a landscaped courtyard, the studio has 3 rooms: a control room, an acoustically treated recording booth, and a backline storage room for additional recording setups.
THE BOOTH
Completely soundproofed, behind triple glazing and two heavy doors, the booth is a 12 m² room-within-a-room with a controlled acoustic. In a warm, wood-panelled atmosphere, you will enjoy an upright Yamaha P2J piano, a view onto the courtyard and the control room, a 32-inch screen and a varied backline (drums, guitar amps, percussion, keyboards, etc.). The recording booth comfortably accommodates three to four people for live takes. It is where we carefully confine the drummer craving decibels or the amp pushed to 11.
THE CONTROL ROOM
A 19 m² room with a refined acoustic that houses the studio's recording, digitising and mixing equipment, as well as a comfortable client area. The control room is connected to the booth via a 16-channel high-end patch (Mogami cables). Analogue-to-digital conversion is handled by Mytek and RME units. For monitoring, we chose a pair of Focal SM9 speakers, renowned for their precision and made in France. The workstation is an Intel Core 9600K + 32 GB RAM + SSD + 6 TB storage. For your comfort: a sofa, reading material, fibre wifi & hot drinks. The control room, like the booth, faces the outside and benefits from natural daylight.
